Content & Social Media Marketer

Redexim is looking for a new colleague to take ownership of our day-to-day visibility across our online channels worldwide.

Are you hands-on, organised and proactive? Are you able to turn input from different teams and countries into content that makes people curious, teaches them something useful or simply shows beautiful visuals from the world of sports fields, golf courses and turf maintenance? Then you are the person we are looking for.

For more than 45 years, Redexim has worked behind the scenes of iconic moments on grass. From Champions League goals to quiet Sundays on the golf course, our machines help keep playing surfaces in top condition.

We design and build reliable turf maintenance equipment for professionals around the world, with a portfolio that spans aeration, seeding, topdressing, renovation, and synthetic turf maintenance. From the well-known Verti-Drain to a wide range of specialist machines, our equipment helps turf professionals maintain high-quality playing surfaces, so athletes at every level can perform at their best.

From our headquarters in Zeist, we work with a global network of offices and partners to support strong, healthy, and perfectly maintained playing surfaces.

Elevating sports fields for everyone, anywhere.

As Content & Social Media Marketer, you play an important role in Redexim’s visibility. You help share social media content, stories from the field and visual content from the world of sports fields, golf courses and turf maintenance.

You work closely with your colleagues in the marketing team, international colleagues and external specialists. Some content and visuals you create yourself, while other parts are briefed, coordinated or prepared together with freelancers.

Your focus is to keep the content flow moving: planning content, publishing posts, updating the website, preparing newsletters and supporting community management.

  • Plan and manage the content calendar for HQ, UK and US channels.
  • Actively collect input, photos and best-practice stories from colleagues, international offices, dealers, end-users and partners, and turn them into social media content.
  • Schedule social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
  • Adapt content for HQ, UK and US channels by taking regional differences into account, such as product focus, wording, timing, local events and dealer activity.
  • Turn blogs, cases, product updates, events and field stories into fitting social content for Redexim.
  • Create visuals, carousels and short video snippets.
  • Update the website and publish blogs, cases, news items and product content.
  • Prepare newsletters and campaign emails.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, tags and mentions online.
  • Track performance and help identify what content works well and how we can improve.

What We’re Looking For

You are practical, organised and get things done. You do not need to be a specialist in every area, but you should be able to coordinate the daily content flow, ask questions, find your input, follow up when needed and make sure content gets finished and published.

You may already have a few years of experience in content, social media or online marketing. But if you are closer to the start of your career and have the right attitude, mindset and willingness to learn, we would also like to hear from you.

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have strong English writing skills.
  • Speak Dutch or Spanish. This is a plus, but not required.
  • Are organised and able to manage several channels and tasks at the same time.
  • Know how to create clear and engaging social media content.
  • Have a good eye for visuals, layout and brand consistency.
  • Are comfortable working with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva and social media planning tools, or are able and willing to learn these.
  • Are comfortable using AI tools to support your work, while always adding the final human check, tone of voice and finishing touch yourself.
  • Are confident enough to approach colleagues, dealers, end-users and international offices for input and follow-up.
  • Enjoy turning technical information into clear, practical content for greenkeepers, grounds teams, field managers, dealers and partners.
  • Have an interest in sports, technology, machinery or international marketing.

What We Offer

  • A role for 32–40 hours per week, spread over 4 to 5 days.
  • Hybrid working: 1 day from home and the rest from our office in Zeist.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Fully covered travel allowance.
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment of 40 hours.
  • A great office just a 5-minute walk from Driebergen-Zeist station, with Utrecht Centraal only 10 minutes away by train.
  • Company laptop and phone.
  • Excellent pension, fully paid by Redexim.
  • Plenty of room to learn and develop in an international marketing team.
