Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist you guide customers through the entire order process, whether they buy 500 parts or 20 machines a year. You handle incoming calls, prepare quotes, solve logistical challenges, and make sure processes run smoothly. You are also a trusted partner for the Operational Sales Manager and the field sales team. Together you ensure that our international customers enjoy an excellent experience and long-term relationship with Redexim

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain international relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on quotes and orders for machines and spare parts.
  • Answer customer questions clearly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Warehouse, Transport, and Purchasing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and act on market trends and developments.
  • Support Outside Sales colleagues with their day-to-day work.
  • Help organize and attend trade shows, events, and customer visits.
  • Follow up commercially by phone or on-site where needed.
  • Suggest and implement improvements that strengthen Redexim’s reputation.
  • Handle invoicing, including credit and debit notes.
  • Carry out other commercial and administrative tasks as required.

  • MBO or HBO level of thinking and working.
  • Experience with a CRM system such as HubSpot is a plus.
  • Affinity with mechanical drive technology (bearings, belts, chains) is welcome, not required.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
  • You enjoy working with customers and can identify their needs quickly.
