This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example via a registration form, contact form or orders that you place. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore take the greatest possible care in the handling and protection of personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Dutch: AVG). Redexim is the responsible person in the sense of the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what way. In this privacy statement we explain which data we process and for which purposes they are used.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We may share your personal data with third parties if this is compatible with the aforementioned purposes. Provision to third parties may be necessary for the performance of the contract that we conclude with you, may be necessary for the representation of a legitimate interest of us, or may be necessary in order to comply with any legal obligation that we have. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. Apart from the previous situations, we only provide your personal data to other third parties with your express consent.
We may use your personal information for commercial purposes, for example, to inform you about our services or relevant products or services of carefully selected organizations. In that case, you will only be informed at the e-mail address you have registered. sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send
us a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, take your
passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the
bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN) in
black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon
as possible, but within four weeks. We would also like to point out that you
have the opportunity to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory
authority, the Personal Data Authority.
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration.
