Caroline Abbinante joins Redexim North America as Sales Coordinator
Redexim appoints Caroline Abbinante to a newly created role to support the sales team and partner network.
Redexim North America has appointed Caroline Abbinante as Sales Coordinator, a newly created role designed to support the company’s growing sales and dealer network. She joined at the beginning of October and works from her home office in Chicago. She will look after Redexim’s CRM, the system that keeps track of leads and customers, and work with the sales team so that every enquiry gets a prompt reply and every lead is followed up.
She wants to be the person colleagues come to with questions about the CRM. “Let’s schedule 15 minutes and I’ll show you how to do it,” she said. “This is where I’ll be able to help the most, meeting the needs of dealers and the sales team so they can be successful.”
Caroline spent almost eight years at Chervon North America. She started as a contractor and joined full time when the company opened its North American headquarters in Illinois. Her title was inside sales representative, but most of her work was account management, supporting sales representatives and dealers. She also helped bring in Chervon’s Salesforce CRM and a new order system built to work with it.
“If their salesperson wasn’t able to help them or they couldn’t get hold of them, they always knew they could reach out to me and get answers,” Caroline said of the dealers she worked with.
Most recently she was a Customer Support Specialist at Haribo North America, where she got customer orders into the system and made sure they were delivered on time.
