Eric McGinnis Named Business Development Manager for Redexim North America
Redexim North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric McGinnis as Business Development Manager for the Southwest. Eric will support customers and partners across Southern California, Arizona, Las Vegas and southwestern Utah.
Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in the landscape, golf and sports turf industries. He joins Redexim North America from SiteOne Landscape Supply, where he served as a Key Account Manager covering California and Hawaii markets.
As Redexim North America continues to grow its team, Eric’s appointment brings dedicated support to the Southwest, one of North America’s largest golf and turf markets. Customers and partners there will now have a local contact who can provide consistent support.
Speaking about what attracted him to the role, Eric said:
I knew the product before joining Redexim and I’d always heard good things about it. What surprised me was the breadth of the product range, from natural turf equipment through to synthetic turf solutions. That made the opportunity particularly attractive.
Drawing on his experience across the industry, Eric believes strong relationships and reliability are key to long-term success.
I’ve always believed in building long-term relationships and meeting customers’ expectations. It’s important to do what you say you’re going to do and communicate clearly, especially when challenges arise.
