Redexim Welcomes Jason Jones as Sales Manager for North America

Redexim is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Jones as Sales Manager for North America. Jason brings over 20 years of experience in sales, channel development, and team leadership within the turf, garden, and outdoor power equipment industries. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing sales networks, strengthening dealer relationships, and driving sustainable growth.

Jason’s background includes senior roles with several well-known global manufacturers. Most recently, he served as Director of U.S. Sales at Chevron North America, where he helped establish and grow a new department focused on EGO Power Plus. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Kubota, Exmark, and MTD, gaining valuable experience highly relevant to the Redexim industry.

Reflecting on his background and what drew him to Redexim, Jason shared:

“My professional career has been built around equipment of all kinds, from homeowner and commercial to construction and agriculture. Growing up around the dealership world gave me a first-hand understanding of how our partners operate. Even today, when I’m on a golf course, I find myself looking at the landscape and thinking about what went into it, including the role equipment played in creating it.”

Jason also reflected on his approach to sales and leadership:

“What I enjoy about sales is the interaction with people. Meeting customers across different regions, building relationships, and forming real connections. Sales, to me, is a bit like sports. It’s about going out, getting those wins, and building on strong relationships.”

He expressed a clear vision for the role, emphasizing collaboration and team development:

“I’m a player’s coach. I want to be part of the team, not someone removed from it. My goal is to support the group, work with each person’s strengths, and help everyone keep growing.”

Curtis Allen, Commercial Director at Redexim, commented on the appointment:
