Brian brings a strong background in national account strategy and sales leadership across several well-known manufacturers including Chervon North America and Fastenal. Most recently, he led national account strategy for the EGO Commercial division at Chervon. This was supported by earlier senior roles in the industrial supply sector that strengthened his experience in account management, leadership and channel development.
Reflecting on what drew him to Redexim, Brian said:
“I am a golf enthusiast, both as a player and from an agronomy standpoint, so I have seen Redexim equipment in action on courses for years even before I understood the full scope of what the company does.”
Brian also shared his philosophy for the role:
“For me, this role is about 90% relationship and 10% sales. It’s about building rapport, getting to know the end user, identifying where we can support their business and making the whole process as straightforward as possible.”
Brian’s appointment marks the introduction of a newly created role within Redexim North America, reflecting the company’s ambition to deepen its presence across a wider range of markets.
Commenting on the appointment, Jason Jones, Sales Manager for North America, said:
“As the Redexim brand continues to grow across North America, it’s important that we develop strong strategic relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities with new partners across both natural and synthetic turf.
This newly created role reflects that focus. Brian brings the experience to strengthen existing relationships and build new partnerships aligned with our long‑term objectives”
Brian added:
“Golf has always accounted for the majority of Redexim’s business, but this role opens up a much broader canvas: synthetic turf, rental, dealers and more. There are a lot of verticals to develop and I intend to move quickly.”
Brian joins Redexim with a clear sense of purpose and is looking forward to establishing the strategic partnerships that will drive the company’s continued growth across North America.
