Ryan Willis Named Business Development Manager at Redexim North America
Redexim is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Willis as Business Development Manager for Florida. With 30 years of experience in golf course management, Ryan has a strong understanding of what turf professionals need.
Decades of Experience in the Turf Industry
Ryan Willis joins Redexim North America from Rotonda Golf & Country Club, where he was Director of Agronomy. In that role, he oversaw the maintenance of the 99-hole course and led a team of superintendents and staff. He has spent over 30 years in golf course management, starting out on the ground and working his way up.
Ryan’s appointment strengthens Redexim North America’s presence in Florida, a key region with an especially high concentration of golf courses. He will focus on developing new business by building relationships and expanding the customer base across his territory.
Speaking about what drew him to Redexim, Ryan said:
I’ve been in the turf business a long time and I’ve used the Verti-Drain for years, so I was already familiar with Redexim. What stood out to me was discovering how much more the range has to offer.
Ryan outlined how that experience shapes his approach to the role:
Having run the machines and been in that position, there’s a good understanding of what customers are dealing with. It’s about being hands on, building trust and helping them get the most out of their equipment.

Now, he’s looking to take that experience into the field in a new way, working directly with end-users and partners across the state.
