The Turf-Tidy 5000 is a cut and collect machine with significantly more capacity, allowing you to work longer before having to release material, which improves efficiency and productivity across larger work sites and surfaces, like golf course fairways.
This large capacity is complemented by a strong focus on features meant to make day-to-day use easier and more comfortable than ever, including a seat-controlled rear camera for full manouverability, a dust suppression cover to keep debris contained, knives that are quick to change without tools and a high-tip emptying system that ensures fast, complete discharge. Together, these features make the Turf-Tidy 5000 a reliable and practical solution for large-scale turf maintenance where efficiency, ease of use and consistent results are essential.

Curtis Allen, Global Commercial Director:
We are pleased to be bringing the Turf-Tidy 5000 to market, having been asked by our customers for a higher capacity cut & collect unit which incorporates the very popular floating head technology of the smaller Turf-Tidy 3000 along with the proven high-tip emptying feature.
The Turf-Tidy 5000 will be well suited to large areas such as horse racetracks and AFL fields where hopper capacity is key. The development, testing and launch of another new product by Redexim is testament to our continued drive to respond to the needs of customers with dependable turf care solutions.
Redexim’s Global Commercial Director, Curtis Allen, explains the Turf-Tidy 5000.
At the heart of the Turf-Tidy 5000 is its impressive capacity that allows you to work longer between releasing material. It has 5,000-litre capacity (1,320 US gal), equal to 5 m³ (6.5 yd³). It has more room than ever while still delivering flail mowing, scarification, dethatching and efficient debris collection into an all-in-one system that’s ready to really clean turf.
With a working width of 1.8 m (2 yd) and scarifying depths of up to 30 mm (1.2 inches), the Turf-Tidy 5000 delivers consistent results across large areas while remaining light on the surface.
The Turf-Tidy 5000 introduces several features designed to support professionals in their day-to-day use of the machine:
Seat-controlled rear camera for superior manouverability
Tooless quick-changing knives lets work stay moving continuously
Dust suppression cover to keep debris contained during operation
High-tipping angle that ensures fast, complete emptying
These features improve visibility, reduce downtime and enhance overall site safety. The dust cover is particularly suited to drier areas, like in the southwestern United States or central Australia. These features will also be added to the existing Turf-Tidy 3000 in the future.

Requiring a minimum of 45 HP while scarifying and 25 HP while sweeping, the Turf-Tidy 5000 is engineered for robust, real-world use. Weighing approximately 2,550 kg (5,620 lbs), it balances durability with turf sensitivity, making it a dependable workhorse for contractors and turf managers responsible for premium playing surfaces.
The machine is designed not just for specifications on paper, but for reliable performance season after season in the field. Despite its extra size, it has the same HP requirements as the smaller Turf-Tidy 3000 that has a capacity of 3,000 L (793 US gal).

The Turf-Tidy 5000 reinforces Redexim’s commitment to delivering practical, customer-driven turf care solutions for large-scale cut and collect applications. With its large 5,000-litre hopper capacity, proven cut and collect performance and thoughtful user-focused features, it is designed to maximise productivity while maintaining high standards of turf quality. Built for reliability and efficiency across expansive areas such as racecourses and elite sports fields, the Turf-Tidy 5000 stands out as a dependable workhorse for professionals who require consistent results season after season.

When you see grass clippings being left and no longer picked up, you know it’s full. A camera is less prone to breaking or false positives than a metre. It can also help you reverse the machine, so it offers more functionality than a metre. It allows you to judge for yourself based on actual use. This follows a design principle at Redexim: “you know for yourself” based on real‑world conditions and can decide how to act accordingly.
The tipping angle is 10 degrees sharper than on previous models. This will also be changed on the Turf‑Tidy 3000. The reason for this is that it ensures material gets out quickly and completely.
